Deftones Baltimore reviews
best day ever!!!
One of the best shows of my life, hands down. After two years of holding the tickets, hoping COVID wouldn’t totally wreck this tour, it finally happened! Deftones will always be one of the greatest bands in my book, but their stage presence had me in awe. Maybe it’s the harmony of the band- between the members themselves, and their movements connecting their sounds to the lighting and visuals. Maybe it was the insanely cheerful and nostalgic energy of the crowd, meeting a friend everywhere you looked.
I don’t know, but whatever happened that night was magic.
Thank you so much deftones!!!
Also got a set list and guitar pick, thank you so freaking much Stephen Carpenter!!!
I hope the rest of your tour is as beautiful as Indy was for you! Come back soonʕ•ᴥ•ʔ
Nice smaller Amphitheatre in Michigan.
We drove 2hrs 20 minutes to attend Gojira and Deftones. The venue had ample parking close to the venue. Plenty of beer options. I think the food was mediocre . I had a tasteless pretzel with cheese and a pretty good cheeseburger.
Beer at $13 a 24 oz can seems to be the going rate these days!
Gojira opened with the sun out. Promptly at 7:30 pm. I’ve seen them approximately (4) times. Flawless performance again! The venue seating was good! We sat 2nd section back in the middle. The sound system was great!! Deftones closed the evening with Chino dancing and running the stage at a high rate! The crowd was into it, the band responded! The visual lights and movie screens set the mood! Great concert!!!
Disfunctional traffic attendants
The show would of been better if one of the 3 bands didnt cancel but oh well. And then we pay extra for vip parking which was a nightmare..the traffic helper people or whatever they are called directed us to turn the Wrong way after we told him clearly vip.. so when we ended up in the same spot again the very Rude traffic attendant would not let us turn around to get to the correct road. And this is after we told him we have vip parking his response was no we dont ?? I will think twice of spending extra to park to just sit in a wall of vehicles..and not ever go to Huntington bank pav ever again....
